Job Description :
- Install automic software’s on customer PC and Give them training of 2-3 hours of software.
- Attend Support Calls and Create Tickets Support System.
- Understand the customer complaint or feature request properly and explain it in details in the ticket with screen-shot and other details.
- Communicate the Urgent and High Tickets to Engineering Team through emails.
- Callback and follow up customers.
- Follow the timings given to customer. If its not being followed then inform the customers about the same.
- Deploy the RC and HOTFIX builds to customers and Close the tickets.
- Report the current statistics of Support to the reporting manager.
- Find solutions to minimize repeated support calls.
- Increase customer satisfaction level.
- Create tickets for re-installation.
- training and data entry and follow up it with customer and give reporting of invoices to accounts.
- Create documentation in Marathi of all features of Automic versions.
- Update the documentation after every sprint.
- Visit customer place to understand the problem or to update the new software or to fix the issue in configuration.
- Weekly Off of support team will be other than Sunday.
- Sometime should do customer bills data entry.
- Format PC / Laptop and install AUTOMIC Software versions like MYSHOP
- INDUSTRY etc.
- Installation can be at any taluka in Ahmednagar and Nashik District.
